The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents for providing her family pension and released her amounts of G.P.F., Gratuity, Leave Encashment etc. with interest @ 12% per annum on the ground that the deceased husband of the petitioner, namely Kulbir Kumar, was employee of the respondent-department whose services were terminated, vide order dated 08.06.2007. 2. After arguing the case for sometime and realising that this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter as family of the dismissed employee is not entitled for family pension, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail other legal remedies in accordance with law. 3.
