The petitioner prays for pre-arrest bail in connection with Cooch Behar Sadar Women Police Station Case No.193 of 2024 dated 30.09.2024 under Sections 329(4)/70(1)/127(2)/351(3) of the BNS, 2023. 2. This is the fifth application for anticipatory bail filed by the petitioner. This Court on July 20, 2026 permitted the petitioner to withdraw the application without any liberty to file afresh on the self-same cause of action. 3. The averment that the de facto complainant had decided to amicably settle the misunderstanding between the parties, is not supported by any documentary evidence, which could 2 persuade this Court to hold that there is any changed circumstances. 4. Accordingly, the prayer for pre-arrest bail is rejected. 5. The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, dismissed. 6.
