The Court made the following: 3 ORDER: Declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not considering the explanation for issuance of Passport vide Application No.VJ2066644504226 and rejecting her application vide letter dated 21.04.2026 with regard to the notice issued by the 2nd respondent dated 13.04.2026 in which the 2nd respondent had directed the petitioner to submit his explanation, as there was a case pending against the petitioner. 2. Sri G.Sri Harsha, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed to dispose of the writ petition giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned court for obtaining NOC for issuance of passport. 3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate Court for obtaining No Objection Certificate. There shall be no order as to costs.
