JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner has sought for the following reliefs: "(a) Issue a writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to consider petitioner representation dated 01.08.2025, 17.10.2025 and 30.12.2025 vide Annexure-J, J1 and J2 and grant promotion to the Petitioner to the cadre of Deputy Conservator of Forests with effect from 07.07.2021 with all consequential benefits including seniority and monetary benefits. (b) Grant such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the interests of justice and equity." 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that her representations dated 01.08.2025, 17.10.2025 and 30.12.2025 at Annexures-J, J1 and J2 submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Per contra, learned AGA for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said representations. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider her representations dated 01.08.2025, 17.10.2025 and 30.12.2025 at Annexures-J, J1 and J2 and pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
