Heard the parties. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the Managing Committee of Madarsa Sulemania, Koila Bazar, Rajmahal, District- 2026:JHHC:9702 2 Sahibganj has not been constituted in a proper manner. It is his contention that the Head Moulvi and the others have nominated some person and the Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) has accepted the said proposal without making any inquiry. 3. From the entire petition, I find that there is internal dispute of the members of the Madarsa as the petitioner himself claims to be a descendent of the donor member and claims that he should have been nominated as the President. This internal dispute cannot be decided in an application under Article 226 of the Constitution. If the petitioner is aggrieved, he may approach the Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC), by filling a proper representation which would be considered and an appropriate order will be passed after following the procedure established by law, at the earliest. 4.
