By way of filing the instant petition, a prayer has been made for issuing directions to the Investigating Officer for conducting fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.204/2019, registered with Police Station Chomu, District Jaipur West, for the offences punishable under Sections 323 341, 506 IPC & Section 3(1)(d) & 3(1)(x) & 3(1)(g) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 2. At the outset learned Public Prosecutor, on the basis of factual report dated 22.04.2026, furnished by SHO, Police Station Chomu, District Jaipur West apprised this Court that after investigation Final Report (Negative) has been submitted by the Police before the Court of the Additional District Judge No.2, Jaipur [2026:RJ-JP:16958] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-4254/2020] Metropolitan-II, on 21.12.2023. Hence, under these changed circumstances, the instant petition has become infructuous. 3. Considering the above, the instant petition is rendered as infructuous.
