1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to execute the order of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raipur (Annexure P-1) dated 01.01.2026 and deliver the possession of suit property to the petitioner in accordance with law in a suitable time frame. 10.2 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper, may also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the facts and circumstances of the present case, in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not challenging any particular order but is seeking a direction from this Court to the respondents authorities, to comply with the order dated 1.1.2026 within a time frame fixed by this Court. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that in view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for petitioner seeking direction to respondent-authorities to comply with the order dated
3 1.1.2026, he is having no objection to the limited prayer. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case instead of keeping this petition pending, I find it appropriate to dispose of the same at this stage directing the concerned to the respondents authorities, to comply with the order dated 1.1.2026 in accordance with law/rules/regulations and in an objective manner as expeditiously as possible within a period of 20 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the case. 7. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
