Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there was a relationship for which the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case.
Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there are materials to support the prosecution case.
Having considered the fact, as informed by the learned advocate for the State, that date has been fixed for supply of copies, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail till the evidence of
2 the victim before the learned trial court is over.
Accordingly, CRM(M)1581 of 2026 is dismissed.
