This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Misc. Case No.21 of 2026 pending before the learned Fast Track Court-I, Howrah. 2. Ms. Das, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the opposite party had instituted a suit for divorce being MAT Suit No.128 of 2014, which was decreed on October 3, 2025 ex parte. The petitioner has prayed for setting aside the said decree by filing an application under Order 9 Rule 13 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, which has been registered as Misc. Case No.21 of 2026. 3. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, prior service of the revisional application along with a notice is not being directed, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date. 4. Having heard Ms. Das, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and having considered the material on record, this revisional application 2 is disposed of by requesting the learned Fact Track Court-I, Howrah to dispose of Misc. Case No.21 of 2026 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 5. With the aforesaid observations, CO 1335 of 2026 stands disposed of. 6. There shall be no order as to costs. 7.
