2 documents through a Public Service Centre, and selling the stolen vehicles by using such fabricated documents as genuine. 3. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 14.07.2026 passed in MCRC Nos. 5176/2026, 5469/2026, and 5772/2026. On the other hand, learned State counsel opposes the bail application of the applicant, but could not dispute the fact that co-accused persons have already been granted bail by this Court and the case of the present applicant is identical to that of the co-accused. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused all of the documents available on record. 6.
Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, and the fact that the co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 14.07.2026 passed in MCRC Nos. 5176/2026, 5469/2026, and 5772/2026, and the applicant is in jail since 18.03.2026 and conclusion of the trial is likely to take some time, I am inclined to allow this application, on the ground of parity. 7.
