Upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on careful consideration of the material placed on record, it is noticed that the matter has been referred to the Missing Records Committee based on the recommendation made by the Assistant Commissioner, Mysuru Sub-Division, Mysuru, to respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner. 4. In that view of the matter, respondent Nos.2, 3 and 5 are hereby directed to complete the process of reconstruction/rebuilding of the missing - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010363432025 NC: 2026:KHC:38161 WP No. 17383 of 2025 records in accordance with law and communicate the outcome thereof to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, and in any event within an outer limit of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
