3. According to the petitioner, she was engaged as Part Time Sweeper in District Court Complex, Kotdwar in 1997, however, her claim for regularisation has not been considered so far.
4. Petitioner has sought a mandamus to the respondents to consider her case for regularisation under the regularisation rules.
5. The writ petition is, accordingly,
disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make fresh representation to the competent authority. If she makes representation, within two weeks, decision thereupon shall be taken, as per law, within three months thereafter.
