Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter was referred before the mediation center of this Court, the mediation has been successfully completed, and the parties have arrived at a compromise on 01.12.2025 on certain terms and conditions. 3. Accordingly, the mediation report is taken on record. The compromise between the parties dated 01.12.2025 is being made part of this order. 4.
