Heard Sri Ashok Kumar Pandey and Sri Shrish Kumar Jaiswal, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Hare Ram Tripathi, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents and Sri Abhinava Krishna Srivastava, learned counsel for Kanpur Development Authority. 2. The grievance of the petitioner has not been redressed, even though, the Kanpur Development Authority has also proceeded to constitute a Committee consisting of revenue officials for actual demarcation of Arazi No. 481, which is minzumla plot, out of which 1000 sq. mtr. of land has been claimed by the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined the relief to the extent that a direction be issued to the respondent authority for ensuring the actual demarcation of the holdings expeditiously, in the light of order dated 29.05.2025. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances and the relief, as prayed for, without adverting on merit of the case, we find that once the Kanpur Development Authority has already proceeded to constitute a Committee consisting six revenue officials, we expect that the proceeding must be completed expeditiously. Needless to say that we have not adverted on the merit of the matter. 5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
