And In the matter of : Rejaul Ali ……Petitioner. Mr. Arup Kumar Bhowmick ……for the Petitioner. Mr. Shataroop Purkayastha ……for the State. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is similarly placed as the other accused who has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 1424 of 2026. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. I have taken into account the locus of the present petitioner with the other accused person. Having regard to the overall materials petitioner be extended the same benefit as Juyel Hoque @ Juyel Haque in CRM (NDPS) 1424 of 2026. Learned Special Court would release the petitioner on same conditions as was imposed upon the petitioner in CRM (NDPS) 1424 of 2026. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 1378 of 2026 is allowed. 2 All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
