Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that the parties have settled their dispute amicably and they arrived at a conclusion for enhancement of compensation at Rs.10,20,000/- in addition to what has been awarded by the Tribunal i.e., Rs.21,12,200/-, having regard to the loss of dependency of the claimants and other aspects.
2. Placing reliance on their submission, the claimants would be entitled for the additional global compensation of Rs.10,20,000/- in addition to what has been awarded by the

3. The Insurance Company is directed to deposit the compensation awarded within six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
4. Accordingly, in modification of the impugned
