From the case made out in this writ petition, it appears that petitioner is not satisfied with regard to steps taken by the concerned police authority in investigating Chandannagar P.S. Case No.255 of 2024 dated 30th December, 2024. 3. Petitioner prays for direction upon the concerned police authority in connection with aforesaid criminal prosecution for proper investigation of the case. 4. Learned advocates representing State respondents, respondent no.4 and respondent no.5 have jointly opposed this writ petition in view of pendency of naraji petition under Section 175(3) of BNSS, 2023 before the jurisdictional Magistrate. 5. It appears that petitioner on being dissatisfied with steps taken by the concerned police authority in 2 investigating Chandannagar P.S. Case No.255 of 2024 dated 30th December, 2024 filed application under Section 175(3) of BNSS, 2023 and same is scheduled to be heard by the jurisdictional Magistrate on 30th July, 2026 as it is found from the order passed on 7th April, 2026. 6. In view of pendency of naraji petition for consideration before Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandernagore, present writ petition is not entertained and same stands dismissed. 7. However, this order shall not preclude petitioner to press naraji petition before the jurisdictional Magistrate. 8. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings. (SAUGATA BHATTACHARYYA, J.)
