This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for the following relief(s):- “10.1. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records of the petitioner’s case. 10.2 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent authorities to pay the salary from the month of November, 2012 to February 2018 total amount of salary which is pending is Rs. 7,54,679/- to the petitioner with interest of 18% as per rules. 10.3 That, the Hon’ble Court be further pleased to direct the Respondent authorities to consider and decide the representation dated 10.06.2025 (Annexure P/4) submitted by the petitioner regarding grant of pending salary to the petitioner as per rules. 10.4 Any other order that the Hon’ble Court deems fit and necessary in the circumstances of the case be also passed. 10.5 That the cost of the petition be also awarded to the petitioner.” 2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition at this stage with liberty to file better constituted petition clarifying all the facts. 3.
