In filing the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner has challenged the notice to show cause issued by the Tahasildar, Saraskana, Mayurbhanj in OPLE Encroachment Case No.298/2024 vide Annexure-1 (series). 3. Heard learned counsel for the Parties. 4.
