As can be seen from the above allegations, the case pertains to a financial transaction between the parties concerned. It is now submitted that the petitioner (accused no.2) and the complainant have presently resolved their dispute by way of a compromise arrived at between the parties. 4. The complainant has filed an application under Section 320 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to that effect. The same is taken on record. 5. Both the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent no.2/complainant submit that the offences - 6 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010787352025 NC: 2026:KHC:38220 CRL.P No. 16521 of 2025 alleged as against the petitioner are under Sections 420 and 34 of IPC and the same are compoundable with the permission of the Court and in the light of the compromise arrived at between the parties, they pray that the petition may be allowed. 6. Learned HCGP for respondent No.1 has no objection for the same. 7. It is seen that the transaction between the complainant and the petitioner herein is essentially civil in nature and they have compromised the same at the intervention of well-wishers and respondent No.2/complainant is not interested in pressing any criminal charges against the petitioner. Under the circumstances, allowing the petition will only help them to lead a peaceful and better life without any hatred, and it will also meet the ends of justice. 8.
