The daughter of the deceased on whose complaint the FIR was lodged, has filed present Cr.M.P. seeking a direction for expeditious trial of the Criminal Case No. 440/2025 pending before the learned Principal Magistrate Juvenile Justice Board, Durg. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the charge- sheet has been filed on 01.10.2025 still charges have not been framed against the accused. Thus, he would pray for a direction to the learned Principal Magistrate Juvenile Justice Board for expeditious trial. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State does not oppose the submission. 4. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, and considering that it is in the interest of justice that the trial be concluded expeditiously, which is also in conformity with the basic principles of criminal jurisprudence, an early disposal of the case would inspire confidence in the litigants. 5. Keeping in view the aforesaid aspect of the matter, it is directed that the learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Durg, shall make all earnest efforts to conclude the trial expeditiously. 6.
