Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed, as such, he has instructions not press the instant petition. Learned counsel has drawn the attention of this Court to an Order dated 2nd December, 2025, by virtue of which, this Court, on the very first day of hearing, has directed 24th July, 2025, passed by the respondent no. 2- Presiding Officer maintenance Tribunal (Additional Deputy Commissioner), Srinagar shall be complied with in its letter and spirit. Learned counsel fairly submits that the aforesaid order stand complied with, therefore, the grievance projected by the petitioners in the instant petition stands redressed. 02. In the light of aforesaid development as also in the light of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing remains further to be adjudicated upon in the instant petition and accordingly, the same is disposed of. 03.
