D/L.4. July 29, 2026. MNS. FAT No. 348 of 2024 Sri Manoj Bhattacharya Vs. Joy Dutta 1. In the order dated July 13, 2026, the caption of the order erroneously mentioned the appeal as “FA No. 348 of 2024” instead of “FAT No. 348 of 2024”. 2. Let the caption be read as “FAT No. 348 of 2024”. 3. On July 13, 2026, this Court had considered an Office report dated July 10, 2026, from which it appeared that Special Messenger costs had not been put in by the appellant as per the direction of this Court and a further fortnight’s time was given to the appellant to put in such Special Messenger costs; in default, the matter was to be listed under the heading “Lawazima for Final Orders”, under which heading it is appearing today. 4. From the revised report dated July 28, 2026, we find that such costs have also not been deposited within the extended period. 5. Accordingly, FAT No. 348 of 2024 is dismissed for non-compliance of the Court’s direction. 6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 7. There will be no order as to costs. (Supratim Bhattacharya, J.) (Sabyasachi Bhattacharyya, J.)
