Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter for some time submits that at this stage, the present petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to renew his bail application before the Trial Court after CW1 and CW2 are examined. 2. Said submission is placed on record. 3. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for. 4. It is needless to state that considering the nature of allegations as against the petitioner and also the period of his incarceration, the Trial Court as well as the prosecution - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010403402026 NC: 2026:KHC:39069 CRL.P No. 8497 of 2026 shall make all endeavours to examine CW1 and CW2 at the earliest, on priority. 5. In the event CW1 and CW2 are not examined before the Trial Court within the period of four months from the next date of hearing before the Trial Court, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh bail application before the Trial Court.
