The petitioner has ;led this petition with the following reliefs:- “ 10.1 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records concerning the case of the petitioner from the possession of the respondents for its kind perusal; 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/ order/direction directing respondent Nos. 03 to 05 to immediately enforce the Stay Order dated 25.05.2026 passed by the Tehsildar, Lormi; 3 10.3 That, this Hon'ble court may direct the Tehsildar to decide the representation /complaint dated 17.07.2026 of the petitioner pursuant to stay order dated 25.05.2026; 10.4 That, the Hon'ble Court may direct respondent authorities to forthwith stop all illegal construction over Government land bearing Khasra No.585/3 (Kotri Nala) and furthermore direct the respondent authorities for restoration of the original natural course and @ow of Kotri Nala; 10.5 That, the Hon'ble Court may direct respondent authorities to decide the proceedings under Section 248 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code expeditiously within a ;xed time; 10.6 Any other relief deemed ;t in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that before the concerned Tahsildar, a complaint/representation dated 17.07.2026 has been ;led by the petitioner, stating that despite the order passed by the Tahsildar dated 25.05.2026, illegal construction is still continuing and as such, appropriate action may be taken against the concerned person. However, 4 even after ;ling of the said complaint/representation, the same has not been decided. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the complaint dated 17.07.2026 ;led by the petitioner before the concerned Tahsildar is pending consideration and the same shall be considered and decided by the concerned authority in accordance with law, expeditiously. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, upon due consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and perusal of the documents available on record, the concerned Tahsildar is directed to consider and decide the complaint/ representation of the petitioner expeditiously in accordance with law. 5.
