At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, by placing on record the order dated 16.12.2025, would submit that pursuant to the order passed by this Court in WPS No. 954/2023 on RAHUL JHA Digitally signed by RAHUL JHA Date: 2026.08.14 16:51:20 +0530 2 03.09.2025, the case of the petitioner has been considered and his claim has been rejected vide Annexure-R/2. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the reason assigned in the order at Annexure-R/2 is similar to the ground on which WPS No. 954/2023 was filed and the claim of the petitioner has again been rejected on the very same ground. 3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the order dated 16.12.2025, this Court is of the considered opinion that, in compliance with paragraph 10 of the order passed by this Court, against which the present contempt petition has been instituted, the respondent authorities have considered the case of the petitioner on its merits and thereafter rejected the same. Thus, the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with. 4. Accordingly, the contempt proceedings are disposed of. Rule is discharged. 5.
