The petitioner seeks transfer. A transfer order was issued in his favour but when the petitioner went to join the subject school, it was found that there was no available vacancy. 2. The petitioner seeks a direction upon the Commission for re- recommendation of his name in some other school where there is vacancy. 3. His application seeking re-recommendation is pending consideration before the West Bengal Central School Service Commission. 4. Without entering into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Commission to Page 2 recommend the name of the petitioner once again to a school after verifying its vacancy position. 5. It will be open for the petitioner to submit a list of preferred schools to the Commission where he would like to be recommended. 6. Steps shall be taken in the matter at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. 7. The writ petition stands disposed of. 8.
