By the impugned order, learned Single Judge noticing that the No Confidence Motion for removal of the Sabhapati of the Samity was submitted and a meeting was required to be convened, directed such meeting to be held on July 28, 2026 at 11-00 a.m. Learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the appellants submits that the impugned order was passed on July 27, 2026 for a meeting to be convened on July 28, 2026 at 11-00 a.m. He submits that, law and order situation 2 prevailing at such locality is paramount and such meeting may be held conveniently. He submits that, the meeting may be rescheduled and to be held on or before August 3, 2026. Learned advocate appearing for the writ petitioner/respondent submits that, the meeting was actually held on July 28, 2026. However, the resolution on the issue of removal could not be finalized on such date. Learned advocate appearing for the writ petitioner/respondent submits that time for holding the requisition meeting expires on August 3, 2026. He submits that, his client would not object in the event the meeting is held on or before August 3, 2026. In such circumstances, time to hold the meeting as directed by the learned Single Judge is extended to August 3, 2026.
