Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail but is unable to refute the contention that the petitioner is similarly placed as the other accused who has been granted bail. Having considered that other accused person [Ahammad Hossain @ Ahmad Hossain] has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 1248 of 2026, I am inclined to grant bail to the present petitioner on the same terms and conditions as was imposed upon Ahammad Hossain @ Ahmad Hossain in CRM (NDPS) 1248 of 2026. 2 Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner [Mobinur Rahaman] is Allowed. The learned trial court/Special court would release the petitioner on bail on the same terms and conditions as was imposed on Ahammad Hossain @ Ahmad Hossain in CRM (NDPS) 1248 of 2026.
