By the present writ petition, the petitioners seek a direction to the respondent authorities to consider and decide their pending representation dated 30.09.2025 (Annexure P/1). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been working as Daily Wage Field Assistants under 3 Bhoramdev Sugar Mill, Kawardha, for several years and have rendered long years of service against the available posts. He further submits that the petitioners’ claim for regularization has not been considered for which they have submitted a representation dated 30.09.2025, which is still pending. Hence, the petitioners seek to pursue the said representation. 3. Learned State counsel submits that if the representation submitted by the petitioners is still pending consideration, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the pleadings as well as the documents appended with the writ petition. 5. Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners and taking into account the submission made by learned State counsel, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to pursue their representation before the concerned respondent authority. In case the said representation is still pending, the concerned respondent authority shall consider and decide the same, in accordance with law, expeditiously. 6.
