1. The applicant/wife has filed the present criminal revision being aggrieved with the impugned judgment dated 24.10.2025 (Annexure A- BHUMIKA ANGARE Digitally signed by BHUMIKA ANGARE Date: 2026.08.13 10:41:42 +0530
2 1) passed by the learned X Additional Sessions Judge, Bilaspur (C.G.) in Criminal Appeal No. 259/2025 arising out of judgment dated 14.09.2021 (Annexure A-4) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bilaspur, District Bilaspur (C.G.) in M.J.C. Criminal No. 636/2020 whereby learned Appellate Court has set-aside the order passed by the trial Court and has remanded the matter to the trial Court.
2. It has been informed by learned counsel for the appellant that learned X Additional Sessions Judge, Bilaspur has directed the trial Court to conclude trial within an outer limit of six months from the date of receipt of the judgment but despite direction given by learned Appellate Court the trial has not been concluded.
3. Considering the aforesaid submission that though 06 months has already been lapsed but trial has not been concluded, the learned trial Court is directed to make an endeavor to ensure that the complaint is decided within four months from the date of receipt of copy of this
order.
4. Consequentially, the present criminal revision is disposed of.
5. In the eventuality of filing an interim application by the applicant, the trial Court shall decide the same after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties.
