In this Writ Petition, petitioner is assailing the order dated 25.09.2025 in R.A.No.1268/2025 (Annexure-A), passed by the respondent No.2. 2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3. Smt. B.P. Radha, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondent - State, raised preliminary objection stating that the impugned order at Annexure-A is revisable order under Section 136(3) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964. - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010676472025 NC: 2026:KHC:37946 WP No. 31137 of 2025 4. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petitioner is relegated to approach the competent authority under Section 136(3) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964. 5. In view of the fact that stay of the impugned order at Annexure-A has been granted by this Court on 16.10.2025, same shall be continued to the benefit of the petitioner for another 30 days from today to enable the petitioner to approach the competent authority in accordance with law. 6. In the event, the petitioner approaches the competent authority as stated above, the time spent before this Court in this Writ Petition, be condoned in terms of Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963.
