By way of filing this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a direction to respondent No. 5 to decide the Panchayat Election Petition No. 202503250400004/Section 122/A-89(23) pending before the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Lormi, Distt. Mungeli (CG). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that aforesaid election petition pertaining to Gram Panchayat, Semariya, Janpad Panchayat Lormi, Distt. Mungeli is pending consideration since 12-3-2025, despite that, the same has not been concluded by the respondent No. 5. Hence, she prays that, respondent No. 5 may be directed to decide aforesaid case within stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 3 to 5, under instruction, would submit that, the aforesaid petition shall be disposed of within a period of 30 days. 4. Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner and submission made under instruction by learned State Counsel, this petition is disposed of at this stage, directing the respondents No. 4 and 5 to decide Panchayat Election Petition No. 202503250400004/Section 122/A-89(23) in accordance with law, pending before the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Lormi, Distt. Mungeli (CG) within a period of 30 days from the date of 3 receipt/production of a copy of this order. 5. This writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 6.
