By way of this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs : 10.1 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities, particularly the respondent no. 2 to 4 to consider and decide the various complaints/ application made by the petitioners within stipulated period. 10.2 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities, particularly the respondent no. 2 to 4 to protect the interest of Gond Community U/a 26 of the Constitution of India and direct to initiate the proper enquiry U/s 234 to 237 of CG Land Revenue Code 1959 for preparation of Nistar Rights of the questioned land. 10.3 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as if may deem fit and appropriate. 10.4 Cost of the petition may also be given. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners had made a complaint before the Collector, Ambikapur stating that their place of worship has been illegally occupied by various persons. The complaint was filed way back on 21.11.2023, but the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a limited prayer to dispose of this petition with a direction to the concerned Collector to consider the complaint and 3 decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law. 3. The aforesaid limited prayer is not opposed by learned counsel for the State. 4. Considering the aforesaid aspects of the matter, without entering into the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the petitioners to approach the concerned authority along with a copy of this order and a copy of the complaint filed by them, within a period of 10 days from today. In turn, the concerned authority is directed to decide the same within a further period of 45 days. Ordered accordingly. 5.
