The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Nala PS Case No.26 of 2024, for offence registered under section 341, 323, 326, 307, 504, 506, 498/34 of IPC, pending in court of learned SDJM, Jamtara. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner happened to be husband of the informant and now a good sense has prevailed between them and both are residing together and compromise petition is annexed as Annexure-2 to the petition. 4. Learned State counsel submits that it appears that compromise is there. 5. Considering that the matter is arising out of matrimonial dispute and the petitioner and the informant both are residing together, and in that view of the matter, the petitioner, above named, is, hereby, directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today, and learned court shall release the petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as the learned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
