Learned counsel for respondent is absent. 2. Though this matter has come up for admission, it is taken up for final hearing and disposed of by this order. 3. This petition is filed by wife for transfer of MC.No.226/2024 filed by husband for dissolving the marriage between the petitioner and the respondent before the learned - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010748622025 NC: 2026:KHC:38142 CP No. 412 of 2025 II Additional Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Anekal, Bengaluru Rural to the Court of Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Molakalmuru. 4. It is stated that, marriage between the petitioner and respondent was performed on 22.10.2018 at Dasarlahalli Village, Maramma Temple, Challakere Taluk, Chitradurga District. She was sent out of marital house in November, 2023. She also received a notice on 29.11.2023 issued by the respondent requesting her to come and join the matrimonial house. She gave reply on 11.12.2023. Later he filed MC.No.226/2024, for divorce. She is presently residing in her native place at Dasarlahalli Village with her elder brother. She is not working and earning, it is difficult for her to travel all the way as the distance between her native place to Anekal is 298 Kms and thus she requested for transfer. 5. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Inspite of service of notice, respondent did not turned up. Considering the reasons stated by the learned counsel for petitioner, in the absence of respondent's arguments, this Court finds it reasonable to transfer MC.No.226/2024 from learned II - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010748622025 NC: 2026:KHC:38142 CP No. 412 of 2025 Additional Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Anekal, Bengaluru Rural to the Court of Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Molakalmuru.
