1. The petitioner seeks transfer. Her application stood rejected in April 2022 by the Head of the Institution with the remark that - the post is sub- judice; unable to issue NOC to the post.
2. The petitioner insists for transfer. It appears that considerable period of time has elapsed from the date of his application being rejected by the authority and there may have been change in the circumstances.
3. The instant writ petition is disposed of with the observation that it will be open for the petitioner to make fresh online application seeking transfer disclosing ground for the same.
4. If such application is made, it shall be considered by the authority in accordance with law at the earliest without relying on the remark that the post in question is sub judice.

5. If the prayer of the petitioner is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken by the authority without any further delay.
6. The writ petition stands disposed of.
7. Parties to act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
8. Certified server copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
