The short grievance projected by the petitioners is that they filed two applications in the Court of learned 4th Additional Munsiff, Srinagar [“the trial Court”]; one under Order XXXIX Rule 2(a) read with Section 151 CPC, on 15.04.2025, followed by supplementary application, under the same provisions, on 29.12.2025, but trial Court, till date, has failed to decide both the applications. 02. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that he will be satisfied if trial Court is directed to dispose of aforesaid applications within a time frame. His statement is taken on record.
