This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the notice dated 09.06.2025 issued by the Circle Officer, Bahragora contained at Annexure-1, whereby the petitioner has been asked to appear with all necessary documents of the land in question as there is allegation against the petitioner of encroaching the land of Mauza Bahragora, P.S.No.896, Khata No.175, Plot No.34. 3. Since the petitioner has only been noticed and opportunity is given to the petitioner to place the documents of the land in question in support of his claim, further it is not the case that the respondent does not have the authority or jurisdiction to issue such notice, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. 4. It is open to the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer along with the documents of the land in question and satisfy the Circle 2026:JHHC:9895 2 Officer about the land in question. 5.
