Learned advocate for the State, on the other hand, produces the case diary and submits that substantial materials have been collected. I have considered the materials appearing in the case diary and I find that in a nationalized bank, the petitioner – Clerk-cum-cashier of the said bank, has 2 misappropriated huge amount of money of the customers. There are materials also to substantiate the accusations. Having considered the same, I am of the view that this is not a fit case for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is Rejected. Accordingly, CRM(A) 990 of 2025 is dismissed.
