The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue placed a copy of the written instructions dated 15.06.2026 received from the respondent No.3, for perusal of this Court. 3. The grievance of the petitioner ventilated in the present writ petition is non-consideration of his representation dated 08.09.2025 submitted to the respondent No.3 with regard to Professional fee/Advocate fee for the services rendered as a Government Pleader for the Principal District Court, Srikakulam. 4. Considering the relief sought for in the writ petition, this Court, instead of keeping the same pending by inviting counter-affidavit, deems it appropriate to dispose of the same with a direction to the respondent No.3 to take appropriate action on the petitioner’s representation dated 08.09.2025, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5. The respondent No.3 shall also give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner before passing appropriate orders as directed above. 6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
