Considering the nature of the matter and the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, this Court is of the view that the petitioner ought to avail the statutory remedy available under law. 5. Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to file an appropriate appeal before the competent Real Estate Appellate Tribunal within 4 a period of 10 days from today. Upon filing of such appeal, the petitioner shall also take steps for getting the same registered at the earliest. 6. The petitioner shall further be at liberty to file an appropriate application seeking urgent hearing before the competent Appellate Tribunal, so that the matter may be taken up expeditiously. 7.
