By way of filing the instant petition, a challenge has been led to the impugned FIR No.72/2017, registered with Police Station Mahila Thana North, District Jaipur North. At the outset learned Public Prosecutor, on the basis of the factual report dated 22.04.2026 furnished by SHO, Police Station Mahila Thana North, District Jaipur (North) apprised this Court that during pendency of the instant petition, charge-sheet was submitted against the accused-Sanjay Kumar Sharma before the Concerned Court under Sections 498A, 494 IPC and he has already been acquitted by the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate No.13, Jaipur Metropolitan vide judgment dated 24.10.2017 for the offence under Section 498A IPC and the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement for the offence under Section 494 IPC. Hence, under these changed circumstances, the instant petition has become infructuous. 3. Considering the above, the instant petition is rendered as infructuous. Stay application and all pending application(s), if any, also stand dismissed. 4.
