1. By the appeal i.e. SA No.366 of 2020 under Section 100 of the CPC, the appellants/defendants challenging the impugned
judgment and decree dated 08/11/2019 passed by the learned 6th Additional District Judge, Bilaspur, C.G. in Civil Appeal No.55-A/2019 (Rameshwar Prasad & Ors Vs. Smt. Kanti Bai & Anr) arising out of the judgment dated 16/01/2019 passed by the learned Civil Judge Class-II, Takhatpur, District Bilaspur, C.G. in Civil Suit No.30A/11 (Smt. Kanti Bai Vs. Rameshwar Prasad & Ors). For the sake of convenience, the parties would be referred as per their status before the learned trial Court.

By the appeal i.e. SA No.27 of 2020 under Section 100 of the CPC, the appellant/plaintiff challenging the impugned judgment and decree dated 08/11/2019 passed by the learned 6th Additional District Judge, Bilaspur, C.G. in Civil Appeal No.55-A/2019 (Rameshwar Prasad & Ors Vs. Smt. Kanti Bai & Anr) arising out of the judgment dated 16/01/2019 passed by the learned Civil Judge Class-II, Takhatpur, District Bilaspur, C.G. in Civil Suit No.30A/11 (Smt. Kanti Bai Vs. Rameshwar Prasad & Ors). For the sake of convenience, the parties would be referred as per their status before the learned trial Court.
3. Pursuant to the order dated 10.07.2025, these matters were referred to the Mediation Centre of this Court. As per the mediation report dated 22.07.2025, the parties appeared before
4 the Mediation Centre and the dispute was amicably settled by executing a settlement agreement before the Mediation Centre.

Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the dispute between the parties has been settled and the parties are ready and willing to fulfill the conditions enumerated in the settlement recorded by the Mediation Centre of this Court. 5. For the sake of convenience the mediation report dated 22.07.2025 is reproduced as under:-

6. The disputes between the parties have been settled in mediation by executing a compromise deed. The mediation compromise deed will be a part of the records. In the above circumstances, both the appeals are disposed of in terms of the mediation compromise deed dated 22/07/2025. The mediation compromise deed shall form part of the judgment. 7.
