None appears for the petitioner. 2. The application contains a prayer for renewal. 3. Petitioners were initially granted statutory bail. High Court, on finding that, the statutory bail granted was erroneous since the charge-sheet was submitted within time, cancelled such bail. 4. A Special Leave Petition (SLP) directed against such order of cancellation was dismissed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court on the ground that the petitioners did not surrender before the jurisdictional Court. 5. Bail was cancelled on August 22, 2024. 2 6. Thereafter prayer for bail was rejected by the co-ordinate Bench on December 23, 2025 passed in CRM(NDPS) No.522 of 2025. 7. Commercial quantity of narcotic was seized from the joint possession of the petitioners. Consequently the petitioners are unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985. 8. Apprehension of the flight of the petitioners continue to remain in view of their past conduct. 9. No subsequent event is brought to the attention of the Court requiring grant of bail to the petitioners. 10. In such circumstances, prayer for bail of the petitioners stand rejected. 11. Accordingly, CRM(NDPS) No.213 of 2026 is dismissed. (Debangsu Basak, J.)
