Following reliefs have been prayed in this petition:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the petitioner's case for its kind perusal. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the order dated 23.06.2025 passed by Res. No. 8, which was issued on 07.07.2026, and to direct the concerned respondent authority to re-open the portal for Wajeet Purchasing the legal paddy of the petitioner i.e., 200 quintals of paddy as per registration of token. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the concerned respondent authorities to direct the respondent No.6/responsible person to pay the amount of 200 quintals of paddy as per government rate with interest. 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief/reliefs in favour of the petitioner, 3 which the Hon'ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appropriate representation before the competent authority for redressal of the grievance raised in the present petition. 3. In view of the submission made, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to submit an appropriate representation before the competent authority within a period of 10 days from today. 4. In the event such representation is submitted, the competent authority shall consider and decide the same, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the representation. 5.
