From the submission made on behalf of State Bank of India as well as petitioner it appears grievance of the petitioner is redressed. 2. In reference to one email letter dated 29th July, 2026 issued on behalf of Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Sarsuna Branch petitioner was informed that disputed sum i.e Rs. 1750/- is marked as lien in connection with bank account of the petitioner lying with State Bank of India, Sarsuna Branch. It is also submitted that petitioner excluding sum of Rs. 1750/- shall be permitted to operate account and said account is defreezed. 2 3. In view of steps taken by the concerned bank authority no further order need be passed on this writ petition. 4. Writ petition is disposed of. 5.
