Learned State counsel, on instructions from Mr. Rohtash, Sub- Divisional Engineer, Maintenance Sub Division, Public Works Department (Buildings and Roads), Karnal, submits that the sanctioned amount against the aforesaid bills will be paid to the petitioner within a period of three months. 3. In view of the statement made, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof.
