The present writ petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the learned Vth Additional District Judge, Dehradun to decide the Civil Appeal No.45 of 2025, “Vimla Devi vs. Shri Ram and Others”, as expeditiously as possible. 2. Heard Mr. Rishab Ranghar, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. The said prayer is an innocuous prayer. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the concerned Additional District Judge, Dehradun to expedite the proceedings of the said Civil Appeal No. 45 of 2025 and decide the same as per law as 1 2026:UHC:940 expeditiously as possible and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 5.
