The case refers to is Cyber Crime Chandigarh PS Case No. 71 dated 26.06.2025. Mr. Krishnendu Bhattacharya, learned APP, appears for the State along with a junior of his choice as per the direction of this court. The appointment of both Mr. Bhattacharya and the junior of his choice, if any, be regularized by the concerned authority. Learned advocate 2 for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail as the case belongs to different State. I have taken into account the agony of the present petitioner. In view of the relevant documents of the present case being not before this court, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned jurisdictional court at Chandigarh and pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks. In the meantime, the petitioner shall not be arrested within the limits of the State of West Bengal. This order will remain in force for a period of four weeks from date. With the aforesaid observations, CRM (A) 1321 of 2026 is disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon’ble High Court, Calcutta.
